The Programme begins on the 3rd of November at 9am and ends at about midday on the 4th of November.

How much is the conference registration?

It is FREE.

All you need to do is pay for your accommodation (hostel-bed space is N 400/ night and room is N4000/ night.

Feeding and transport are also FREE.

Is there any provision for transportation to and from the venue?

Yes.

Transportation at strategic places will be provided to and from the venue.

You will be contacted with further details if you indicate need for help with transportation, when registering for the conference.

What date and time will buses move to the venue?

Buses will leave at 5pm from all locations.

No, the conference is open to everyone regardless which church they’re from.

Can I invite people to the conference?

Yes, but kindly ensure they register or you list them as invitees when you register.

Are children allowed at the conference?

Yes, although the conference is mainly for adults.

Do I need to bring food/money to cater for my feeding at the event?

You can bring along snacks if you please, however breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.

Are there any provisions for bed / bunk?

Beds and bunks will be provided at a minimal cost (N 400), but you should bring along some bedspread, cover clothes, pillow cases, torchlight, slippers, etc.

How safe is the venue?

Yes, the venue is a secluded and serene with a night guard on patrol every day.

There is ample parking space within the conference venue and the entire premises is guarded round the clock.
